最近如果有朋友在中華電信, 都會看到一些 “中華電信服務推廣人工號xxxxx” 的字樣, 為甚麼會突然有這個東西呢?

原來中華電信目標是每個員工都能拉 1-2 支 3G 門號，不管是新申裝或是 2G 轉 3G. 但不管就算了, 問題是績效會直接影響到年度考績! 天呀, 這招實在是太毒了! 如果我們公司要我去衝我寫的軟體的業績, 我找不到人還要自己掏腰包去買, 我就不相信我會多付出心力在公司上! 六點一到我就閃人! (一連用了六個我, 看的出來我有多憤慨了吧!)

哈! 員工果然是公司最大的資產! 聽起來真是諷刺!
