Now, after some bugs, I merged your build with the original build and I achieved success! I made a Brazilian Portuguese version :) E-mail me if you want to talk about. I suggest making the portable version a sex-extracting executable or linking to a portable program to extract the 7z archive, as installing a program to decompress the file defeats the purpose of portability sometimes.
