If you would like a reliable and fast download server to host your optimized builds, try Will Host For Food. You can create a free account there, upload your files, make them public and then provide users with a Direct Download Link. I noticed that download speeds are slow on your current hosting service so I thought I would suggest a better one :) Cheers!

Wow… just wow. The optimized build 2 took my CPU from 60%-90% usage by Firefox to just 35% while listening to Pandora. Fantastic improvement. I have passed this site along to co-workers so they too can enjoy the improvements.
Thanks! Works nicely with my pIII 450Mhz.
The main thing I noticed is less stuttering on streaming videos.
What is difference between P1 Build and P2 Build and P3 Build?
[...] Disponibles compilaciones optimizadas de Firefox: No oficiales, pero a mi personalmente me funcionan de maravilla. Son simplemente versiones compiladas con flags para aprovechar extensiones de CPU recientes y que Firefox vaya más rápido. [...]

How can we upgrade our PortableApps version using your Portable edition?
Hi there. I have a couple of questions:
1) Is it possible to use your builds with my existing profile from a “normal” Firefox?
2) How do I update your builds? Will a simple overwrite do or is there some other procedure?
Thank you.
Narga – the difference between the builds is basically what CPU features are expected to be available. The very end of the post lists the CPUs supported by each build. For example if you have a Pentium III, you should use the P2 build so you get the SSE optimizations supported by the Pentium III but not the SSE2 optimizations supported by newer Pentiums.

Mozilla Firefox 3.5.3 has been officially released.
Used your Firefox 3.5.2 Release Optimized Build – [FX] P3 build, Portable edition, for the first time. Just bumped into your site, gotta say its one sweet deal.
Thanks for all your hard work.
Experiences with optimized Firefox builds…
I’m running Firefox on all my computers. And I have a habbit of collecting lots of tabs for later reading or further actions. Furthermore, a lot of the pages I’m visiting have at least a little bit of JavaScript running…….
How about 3.5.3? :)
I am having a problem where I cannot make pigfoot 3.5.2 become my default web browser URL handler. I mean, I can click “Check Now” under options and it will go through the motions, but it happens real fast (as if nothing is really getting set) and my default browser doesn’t seem to change.
Is this just a broken feature in the custom builds?
